Bankiticians
According to Yuval N. Harari in his book Homo Deus. A brief History of Tomorrow
(p.64), nobody can predict how the global economy will be in ten years´ time.
According to Mr Harari “the more we know the less we can predict” and this affirmation, maybe, gives me a minimum of authority or a maximum of cheek to say that -as I don´t have knowledge- I feel capable of advertise how our economy not only in ten but also in twenty or more years will be.
Are we game?
Will we?According to Mr Harari “the more we know the less we can predict” and this affirmation, maybe, gives me a minimum of authority or a maximum of cheek to say that -as I don´t have knowledge- I feel capable of advertise how our economy not only in ten but also in twenty or more years will be.
In 2026,
even 2036 we will follow the course of the great leaders. Our politicians and bankers they will at last merge into
new creatures, creatures that we can´t identify or know exactly what they do,
what are their jobs or we won´t know the field of everyone and we will end up
calling them bankitician or politinker. They will be in charge like right now.
Politinkers
or/and bankiticians of the world will all joing together and will hog what they
don´t have yet: they will change the indignation for submission and we will
think that that is the normal way. And the Arab
Spring, Syriza, Five Star Movement and Podemos will have involuted and been
absorbed by the system –the Greek case is clear and succumbed and, what is
worse, in the Arab world we are in a dead end-. Taxes will be increased and new charges will
be added to things that would now surprise us. They will continue to spend
money from the unemployed on golf courses, tax havens will be legalized, some
will continue to pay their mortgages and cravings with public money…
Therefore
the gap between the richest and the poorest will be deeper than today. As
usual.
From my
Borstal.
