Pack
I´m learning to read and write and I like to do it on my own. All
help is very welcome
Dear Fran,
every day
I get learning more, at least that I think. These weeks I have known a new
word. Well, the word I already knew it, but I was ignorant of one meaning. The
word in question turned out to be has four letters, a ‘p’, an ‘a’, a ‘c’ and a
‘k’. Pack.
Looking in my dictionary up, Pack can meaning
1 the same that packet and packing, for example in for sell-by date see back of
pack 2 backpack 3 also pack of cards and if you want to cut the pack of lies
that somebody are telling you 4 if you want to describe a group of immature
people, you would say they are like a pack of kids 5 if you are really into
rugby, then you could say forwards or the pack 6 you can use pack instead of
fill in a crate packet with books 7 in US a lot of people pack a gun 8 if that somebody
above continues telling you a pack of lies you could send him or her packing 9
if we are like sardines we can say to pack into a room … Apart from pack in,
pack off or pack up amidst others in which I don´t stop.
However
pack has a meaning that you have heard many times last two weeks and my
dictionary clears up:
The wolf
pack worked together to catch its prey
Fran, you
exactly know what I mean.
Y. a.
Mary
